Saturday Creative Families Initiative; “Time Out”

Join us for this free weekly program open to families with children ages 6 to 12. Adults can take a break and network upstairs, while kids engage in creative activities on the first floor.

Parents will join Gillian D’Acierno to socialize with other parents, meet with different presenters from local service agencies, or explore a creative project for adults. For parents with younger siblings, a special play area will be set up where younger siblings can play.

Children Ages 6 to 12 will join Sol Lew to complete a different art project each week. Some weeks will feature a guest artist who will bring movement or music to the workshop.

This Week’s Activity: Kids will learn how to sculpt using soap and a variety of tools with guest artist Wolf Whitney.
