 Studio Rental at GRACE

 

GRACE in the Old Firehouse in Hardwick is available for groups, individuals, and organizations, including a flexible studio space with limited storage for art materials. Download our space use agreement to get started.

Fee schedule

One-time

Hourly rental $25

Half day (4 hours) $50

Whole day (8 hours) $80

Weekly rental $100

One-month studio/art supply storage $150

Ongoing (commitment of four sessions)

Hourly rental $20

Half day (4 hours) $45

Whole day (8 hours) $75

Weekly rental $100

Multi-month studio/art supply storage $140

Monthly studio spot rentals include a storage supply shelf. Weekly or daily Renters may rent a studio shelf for an additional $10. 

Placement of tables and chairs in the space, as well as use of the tea pot and coffee pot are complimentary. Any additional services requested may be arranged for a $20 set up and clean up fee.

Bartering

We want to make our space available to everyone in our community regardless of their ability to pay. In lieu of cash payment, we can exchange space use for the following services:

  • Cleaning

  • Landscaping / lawn care

  • Gallery sitting

  • Helping at events

  • Maintenance

  • Other services

 

Outdoor Events at the Community Greenspace

 

The Community Greenspace has a wooden platform stage, wooden benches, nature trails, a stone labyrinth, and parking for four cars. The site has no electricity, running water, restrooms, tables, chairs, or tents. Groups wishing to bring their own supplies may reserve the Greenspace for a fee. Please email director@ruralartsvt.org to inquire about using this space.
