Photography Series: Large Format Printing

Bring your digital photos to life with large format printing! In this workshop, we’ll learn the basics of photo printing using an archival quality large format printer. We will cover image selection and  dimensions, paper/media choices, and key factors like resolution and color. 

All students should have one digital image ready to print. To bring image file: copy a “.jpg” to a flash drive, OR email file ahead of time to “create@sparkvt.org” with subject line “Image for Print Workshop”

The workshop includes one print (up to 16x20 inches), and participants who wish to make additional prints may do so at the discounted Spark Member Material rate for this workshop only.

Tuition: $25 tuition + $10 materials fee / $35 total

Youth Scholarship: Youth 18 and under can participate at a reduced scholarship rate if they elect to do so, thanks to a grant from Vermont Afterschool. Please select a rate at checkout ($35/$20/$0)

Inclusion: This workshop involves operating computers with keyboards and a mouse and visually assessing . A basic understanding of operating iMac computers is a must. Please contact us with any accommodations you may need to see if we can provide them.
